some of my goofy art - sculpture & furniture
Here's a small sampling of some of my art...
Below is a mixed media found object sculpture... her name is "Robota". She lives with me now.
...below is a silly metal sculpture piece that doubles as a lamp... entitled "Wild Ride"...
... and below is a bench from my furniture-making period (late 80's & early 90's) - this is the "South Beach Bench" (with matching floor cloth)
...here's a close-up of the bench...
...and next is another "architectural" chair... this is the "Rockefeller Center" chair, with hundreds of tiny people painted on the "ice rink" seat & in the windows...
...and below is a little recycled end table painted in trompe l'oeil style...

I like the pieces in this collection. I don't often get the chance to sit back and relax and I find this site a pleasant place to be ...
